Mining & Geology Department constitutes Lots Evaluation Committee

Committee to look into tenders of commercial mining sites in case tie of H1 Bidders

Tarn Taran, May 22:

In order to bring further transparency in the bidding system, the Mining & Geology Department has constituted a lots evaluation committee regarding the tie of H1 bidders in the tenders of commercial mining sites. 

Giving information in this regard, Sh. Vishal Mehta Executive Engineer Cum District Mining Officer said that in case there is a tie then the draw of lots will be held by the Lots Evaluation Committee at local District Administrative Complex Tarantarn on May 24 at 11:00 am. He also mentioned that the bidders, who participated in the tender process for 1 Nos Tender (Cluster No 20) are invited to attend the draw of lots at designated venue as per the given time.
