Important Instructions

• Treat this work as most important and submit the following at  NIC  District Centre ,Room No 105, First Floor,New DAC Complex Tarn Taran on or before 14-03-2025.

1. Export capsule data to a CD  and write name of department/office on CD with black marker (0nly CD is acceptable ).
2. Submit Declaration Certificate duly signed by Head of the Department  along with Required documents .
3. All the pages of employee checklist must be signed and stamped  by Head of the Department.
4. Submit supporting documents for employees who are  handicapped , on Long leave or performing BLO duties.
5. Submit summary report of records entered.
6. List of Class 4 employees  should be entered in the excel file ( Excel Format  )  in the CD along with DISE Capsule data.
